1. What is the State Properties Committee?
The State Properties Committee acts in cooperation with the departments, boards, bureaus, commissions, and agencies of the state for the purpose of acquiring, administering, and disposing of interests in land and other real property for the improvement of the administration of the state government, the advancement of commerce, and the protection and improvement of the health, welfare, and safety of the inhabitants of this state.

2. Who needs to submit a Request with the State Properties Committee?
Only a designated representative from the state agency seeking approval before the State Properties Committee should submit a request.

3. How do I submit my request?

4. What information do I need to provide during submission?
Please refer to the “Site Guidance Document” as well as the State Properties Committee Rules and Regulations.

No.
